My name is Henry. I’m an experienced designer with a proven track record of excellent design delivery across various industries. At AWS, I lead talented teams to create innovative, user-centered financial tools by fostering collaboration between product managers, business leaders, and engineers. I drive impactful results striking a balance between short-term wins and long-term strategic thinking. I work to ensure our solutions meet both customer needs and business goals. My work directly impacts the CFO and helps the business succeed in headcount and budget management, as well as financial planning and actuals. I also mentor staff designers and help improve and refine our design process, elevating the design bar on the team.

From the built environment to the digital realm, my journey has spanned architecture, urban design, and experience design. Fourteen years deep into crafting immersive interactions, I’m always exploring new ideas and sharing my thoughts. A Spanish speaker, avid cyclist, and passionate about photography, life drawing, and painting, I find inspiration in the world around me.
For the past five years I’ve been a adjunct professor at Queens College. Each semester I’ve partnered with the college’s tech incubator to provide my students with real-world experience solving customer experience problems for startups and small businesses.
